Prescription refills are for medication you're already taking for an ongoing condition, not a new diagnosis. Telemedicine-issued prescriptions are recognized in the Philippines under DOH-DILG-PHIC Joint Administrative Order No. 2021-0001. Refills for regulated/controlled medications aren't covered here — those go through Dr. Maamo's separate PDEA S2 Prescription service.

Do I need a full consultation just for a refill?
No — this service is a shorter, focused check-in specifically for continuing medication you're already on, not a full new consultation.
Can I refill any medication this way?
Standard maintenance medications, yes. Regulated/controlled medications need Dr. Maamo's separate S2 Prescription service instead.
What if my condition has changed since my last prescription?
Mention it in the intake form — Dr. Maamo may recommend a full consultation instead if something's changed enough to need a fresh assessment.
