Documentation Sent
Any request form or written interpretation is reviewed by Dr. Maamo and emailed to you once ready.
This is a consultation focused specifically on reviewing your health picture to decide what lab testing, if any, makes sense — not a lab visit itself. Dr. Maamo can order labs based on a telemedicine consultation the same way he would in person, recognized under DOH-DILG-PHIC Joint Administrative Order No. 2021-0001.

No — this service is the consultation and evaluation. Dr. Maamo determines what testing makes sense; the actual sample collection happens at a lab or diagnostic center.
What's the difference between this and Lab Request?
