A lab request is a signed order from Dr. Maamo for a specific test — needed by most diagnostic centers and hospitals in Cebu before they'll run it. Telemedicine-issued requests are recognized under DOH-DILG-PHIC Joint Administrative Order No. 2021-0001.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to know exactly which test I want?
It helps, but not required — describe your situation in the intake form and Dr. Maamo can confirm the right test during the consultation.
Will diagnostic centers accept a request from an online consultation?
Yes — the request is signed by a PRC-licensed physician the same way an in-person one would be, and is accepted at diagnostic centers and hospitals across Cebu the same way.
